101.  More Useful Phrases for the  Restaurant - Puzzle

So now, equipped with a few of the right phrases and words, we could now look at a conversation as it might play out in a restaurant. I thought, though, that it might be a good exercise for you if I jumbled up the lines and get you to rearrange them in the right order. I have done this separately for each section.

Frau:                 Oh ja, die Speisekarte bitte!

Bedienung:       Dieser Tisch ist frei. (available - free)  Möchten Sie hier sitzen?

Bedienung:       Schönen guten Tag!

Frau:                 Danke schön!

Mann u. Fau:    Guten Tag!

Bedienung:       Hier ist eine Speisekarte, so bitte schön!

Mann u. Frau:   Ja, danke schön.

Fünf Minuten später ....


Frau:    Ja bitte, ich möchte (nehme = take) die Forelle (trout) mit Tomatensalat

Mann u. Frau:   Danke schön!

Frau:    Und die Forelle auch. Sehr lecker! (delicious)

Bedienung:  Möchten Sie jetzt (now) bestellen?

Mann:   Und ich nehme bitte das Steak mit Kartoffelsalat und Sauerkraut.

Mann:    Hmm, das Steak schmeckt (tastes) gut.

Bedienung: So, einmal Forelle mit Tomatensalat und das Steak. Guten Appetit!
                         (Enjoy your meal!)

Zwanzig Minuten später ....

Bedienung:   So, einmal Forelle, achtzehn Euro und das Steak siebzehn Euro ..
                      das macht zusammen fünfunddreißig Euro.

Mann und Frau: Ja, sehr lecker.

Mann:     So vierzig Euro, das stimmt so! (that will be right - keep as tip)

Bedienung:  Danke schön!

Mann:   Bedienung, bezahlen bitte!

Bedienung:  Ja sicher, hat's geschmeckt? (lit. did it taste nice)
