Here is how the conversation should have looked in correct order. I have also added the English.

Bedienung:       Schönen guten Tag!
                         Good day (schönen just makes the greeting a bit friendlier)
Mann u. Fau:    Guten Tag!
                         Good day
Bedienung:       Dieser Tisch ist frei. (available - free)  Möchten Sie hier sitzen?

                          This table is free. Would you like to sit here?

Mann u. Frau:   Ja, danke schön.
                         Yes, thank you.
Frau:                 Oh ja, die Speisekarte bitte!
                         Oh yes, the menu please!
Bedienung:       Hier ist eine Speisekarte, so bitte schön!
                          Here is a menu, so please (take this)!
Frau:                 Danke schön! (Thank you)

Fünf Minuten später ....  Five minutes later

Bedienung:      Möchten Sie jetzt (now) bestellen?
                        Would you like to order now?
Frau:                Ja bitte, ich möchte (nehme = take) die Forelle (trout) mit Tomatensalat
                        Yes please, I would like / I'll have the trout with tomato salad.
Mann:              Und ich nehme bitte das Steak mit Kartoffelsalat und Sauerkraut.
                        And I'll have the steak with potato salad and sauerkraut please.
Bedienung:      So, einmal Forelle mit Tomatensalat und das Steak. Guten Appetit!

Mann u. Frau:  Danke schön!

                         Thank you
Mann:               Hmm, das Steak schmeckt (tastes) gut.
                         Hmm, the steak tastes good
Frau:                 Und die Forelle auch. Sehr lecker! (delicious)
                         And the trout too. Very delicious!

Mann:                 Bedienung, bezahlen bitte!
                            Waiter / waitress, the bill please (lit.  pay please)
Bedienung:         Ja sicher, hat's geschmeckt? (lit. did it taste nice)
                            Yes, certainly. Did the food taste nice?
Mann und Frau:  Ja, sehr lecker.
                           Yes, vey delicious.
Bedienung:         So, einmal Forelle, achtzehn Euro und das Steak siebzehn Euro... 
                           das macht zusammen fünfunddreißig Euro.
                           So one trout, 18 euros and the steak 17 euros.
                           All together that comes to 35 euros.
Mann:                 So vierzig Euro, das stimmt so! (that will be right - keep as tip)
                           So 40 euros, keep the tip ( lit.  it is right like that)
